AGLAIA Wins Heritage in Motion 2026 Award in the New Digital Experiences Category

Bled, Slovenia, 29-30 September – AGLAIA, the archaeological glossary in Italian Sign Language (LIS) and International Sign (IS), has won the New Digital Experiences category at the Heritage in Motion 2026 awards.

Ginevra Niccolucci represented Prisma Cultura at the award ceremony, held in Bled, Slovenia. The wider team followed the announcement from afar, but felt present in the room as the winner was named.

AGLAIA was developed by Prisma Cultura together with the ARIADNE Research Infrastructure as part of the ATRIUM project. The glossary aims to give deaf people more tools to learn about archaeology and to take part in cultural life.
