Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) 2025

ATRIUM participated in Session 268: “Archaeology, artificial intelligence, and image analysis” at the 31st Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists. The presentation, titled “Automated Archaeological Image Annotation: AI-Assisted Object Recognition and Metadata Enrichment,” demonstrated how ATRIUM’s workflows leverage artificial intelligence to improve the discoverability and accessibility of archaeological image collections. This session highlighted the project’s commitment to advancing computational methods in archaeological research.
